Did he have a brother Frank? My father in law Frank Higgs used to talk about a brother with that name. Frank died a few years ago but his widow and children are still in Bucks

Trying to find Cecil Higgs who went to live in Australia About 1900 or after.Either was married to Lilian or had a daughter Lilian.
