Have you all found the Medway CityArk site? It has images, freely available, of the parish registers of lots of the churches in that area. |

Hi Paul and Beverly i am married to a gillingham Bennett Anthony who has a brother Rodney.Their fathers father came from Blackburn and both were named Robert Beatie Bennett thats all I know.Does it help at all?Regards Irene Bennett |

Hi Paul, well me too! I have reason to believe that the Bennett line in our family were Gillingham, Kent. I posted on this board also. I too have hit a brick wall in this line. However, the names i have are Charlie (junior and senior) and Peter. The surnames connected with the female Bennetts are Osborne and Barnett. The female line progressed to Sussex.
