Their are no Frank Cannell born 1858 on the birth index in any part of the UK

I got information from G.R search also i have been searching Cannell family and he has come up..

you need the GRO ref to apply for the cert. have you looked anywhere for the birth registration.

Iam going to apply for a birth certificate for Frank Cannell born 1858 Curtain Rd Bethanl Green London. Do I have to find any reference numbers.
