Has anyone out there come across Miriam Wright on their travels through Family History?

She was born in Wilmslow, Cheshire c. 1883 to Lettice Slater and Samuel Wright. She is shown on the 1901 census in Wilmslow as 'Nurse' and after that.......I can't find any trace. According to my Grandmother, Miriam became a Nursing Sister/Matron in a Hospital down South. I can not find a marriage or a death under Miriam Wright NOR Slater. It's a mystery. Can anyone help me please?

I am building my tree with the help of a distant cousiin from the USA.
I now have Miriam Wright c1884 born in Wilmslow "Nurse"
Father: Samuel Wright c1834 of Birmingham( Gardner), on my tree, i am researching siblings of Enoch Slater 1825 born in Siddington Cheshire. Lettice Slater would be a younger sister to Enoch. With the help of my long distance cousin we are piecing together all the children, of Adam Slater c1800 and Ann Fitchett Slater c1800 and their children. I have not proceed further with search on Miriam Wright, but would love to exchange information with you.
