Generations of the Child/Childs family lived in Antingham. I've gone back to William Childs born there around 1775. He married Ann Mason born 1777. I'd love to get info on his birth record and his parents details.

Can anyone help?

Saw your thread and I have this info for you...

William Childs married Ann Mason on 16/8/1803 in Antingham.

Also

Charles Child & Sarah Brown 14/10/1829
and
James Childs & Elizabeth Bugden 14/10/1828
Both in Antingham

You may well have this info already but I thought I would give them to you anyhow.

I have the Archdeacons records for Antingham, but the years are only partially covered. I cannot find a William Childs, but I have found the following.

Your list of baptisms and burials has been invaluable but has raised one question that your Archdeacon Records may be able to answer.

1802 May 9. Mason George baseborn s of Hannah.
I'm wondering whether she was another sister of Ann and Mary Mason, who possibly came after the twins George and Susanna.

Are you able to confirm?
