You will only find full date of birth with a certificate. You can search 1881 census free on

http://www.familysearch.org
which might help you locate him

I am trying to find info about Richard Campbell DOB 1876, DOD 24/11/1944. Richard died at 50 Essex Street Liverpool. On Richard's marriage cert his father is John Campbell I cant find any thing about John, so any info would be greatly appreciated.
Also if any one knows Richrard's full DOB that would be great.
I have come to a complete stand still with Richard, and would love to find the missing pieces.
