yes to order a cert is very easy. Use this link.... https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/Login.asp... register yourself (you'll only need to do this once), then you can start ordering certs! for every cert you will need the name of the person, the place of the event, the year, quarter, and the volume and page number of the original entry, so for Elizabeth,

Name: Elizabeth Emily Honey
Place: Portsea
Volume: 2b
Page: 418
Year: 1891
Quarter:Dec (this covers Oct,Nov,Dec)

This will def give you the mothers name, and may give you the fathers name assuming one was listed when her mother registered her.. her marriage cert may well also have her fathers name, or the name of the man who brought her up as if he was her father.

Now i know i have the right family and details i will start to look further and see why she was with her aunty, it might be nothing more synister than she happened to be staying there as a treat when the census was taken! Remember the census was only ever a snapshot of time at a specific time and place on a specific day. It was not a report on the family over a period of time, but at that one moment in time.... so please don't assume that because she was at her Aunts at the time that she was in fact living there... she may just have been staying the night! however the chance should not be ruled out.

Hope all this helps you
