mary ann williams cant find her mother

Is The father John's age on the wedding certificate? If it is you can search the 1881 census as Mary Ann would have been 11. If it isnt then try estimating his age. Start with him being 18 in 1881, then 19, etc. |

my great grandmother name was mary ann williams also became williams when she married in may 1890.her father was called john williams as stated on wedding certificate. on 1891 census for ystradyfadog age was 20years old. 1901 census says born in blaenrhondda age 31years. my probelm is trying to find her mother as there seems to be a lot of mary ann's in that area. I have tried to check registrey office but they want me to confirm name of mother. sorry if this seems confusing but i am thanks a million |
