I am looking for my nan's (Margaret Tearney) brother Peter Tearney. I believe he was born in between April and June 1931 in Newcastle, his father was John Tearney and his mother was Margaret Donoghue. Margaret Donoghue died shortly after Peter was born, its believed that Peter was adopted/given to a family member. My nan was only 6 years old when Peter went away, she had been searching for him until she died last year. If anyone has any information please get in touch. |

I now know that he was given to an Uncle Henry Tearney but he never kept him. He was sent to a Catholic Home in Wickham? |
