There are only very few fragments of 1831 Census for Ireland available. The Cavan one you are after will be very incomplete as most of this census material was destroyed and Family tree Maker will have very few on this 1831 Census but you MAY strike lucky. However I found the following website by doing a google search;

http://www.census-online.com/links/Ireland/Cavan/

If you google Cavan+1831 Census, a lot more websites come up.

You could also google Cavan+1831 Census+Family Tree Maker and that also produces a number of websites to try.

Just searched again -it`s Family Tree Maker Irish census 1831 and 1841 and Co.Cavan which I want but can`t see a supplier,
