Any idea what happened to Robert Kilby born 1917 in Leicester?
I know that he died when he was 46, but who did he marry & when?
And did he have any children?

No, I know that Len didnt marry again as he lived alone in 'digs' in Leicester all the time I knew him.
I do remember him going to visit people in Bradford, and am fairly sure that I remember him mentioning a son.

The info on Lens brothers is very helpful to me.
I am fairly sure that Len had a son/sons in Bradford. Len was born & grew up & lived all his life in Leicester, but I note that he died in Bradford and this would tie in with the connection of a pos son there.

Did you look in a particular geography (ie Leicester) for births of possible children? Is there anywhere else that I can be looking. Not sure how to find out about living relatives?

I have checked the birth registers up to 1958 and can find no Kilby births with the mmn of Boyce.

Leonard Kilby-Leicester/Bradford.b.5th Oct 1911 in Leicester & died June 1993 in Bradford.
I am trying to find relatives of Len. His wife was Joan M Boyce married Dec qtr 1934 in Leicester. Looking for the birth dates of their children.
I believe he had son/s & family in Bradford (?)
Can anyone tell me who his children are & when/where they were born? and when Joyce died please.
