You maybe need to start thinking laterally about the name - try searching for Elizabeths with George and Ann as parents. Transcribers may have got the Cole/Coel incorrect as I have found for my ancestors in the past

is there any way we can find out for sure if this is the same people . i have asked the family but no one seems to know could Ann have died and george remarried or could they have split up and Ann took some of the kids with her , or could some of the kids died as well . I know for sure that Eliza grew up got married and had children of her own . but can not work the rest of the family out . If you find out anything out please let me know
