Could anybody help me with a marriage look up?

I am looking for info on the marriage of James and Mary Mcgowan (nee wood) the only thing I know is the gave birth to a boy called George Alma Mcgowan in 1874 in Bradford West YorkshireI have had some help but the only one that came to light was a marrage in 1869 but that was to a margaret (nee Mcnulty) and they had a daughter called Mary so I fee that this cant be them. Can anyone help this confusion I do hope so. Pat

Doesn't look as though Mary in 1891 is George's mother............possibly the marriage of the adoptive parents

Marriage registration in the March quarter of 1869 for a James McGowan to a Mary McNulty in Bradford Volume 9b page 265. Could be possible that Mary Wood married a Mc Nulty and then James?
