Margaret (Margot)

Margaret (Margot) Report 28 Oct 2007 14:20

I have a 7th gt grandmother Catherine Byrne born approximately 1799. She married Patrick Regan around 1826 in Dublin.
They migrated to Australia on 25th April 1838, they had two children in Dublin John born 1830 and Margaret born 1834
unfortunately both these children died from Measles on board the "Moffart" just outside of Hobart bay, Tasmania. Catherine and Patrick Regan had 3 other children in Wollombi, Victoria Australia.
Catherine's father was Patrick Byrne and mother named Jane
I believe they lived also in the Clones area.
Am trying to see if anyone may know of any other relatives, would appreciate some help
Thank you
