	HI, I had a look on the Commonwealth war graves commission site and there is no record of his death in either of the World Wars. Mary

Husband of Emily Bridget Farmer. Died at 2 Knight's Hill Square. Casualty Type: Civilian War Dead Reporting Authority: LAMBETH, METROPOLITAN BOROUGH (From CWGC) .....Just had a look at the 1901 census and he doesn't fit with the details you gave. Cecil J was born Lambeth and his father's name was John.
