Debs, you can search all the census for UK and USA if you take the free three day trial with ancestry.com

There is No 1881 Irish Census, all census's were lost in a fire only, only a partial 1901 and 1911 were saved but they are not online.

Your family are not in the UK 1881 that I can see but you can search the UK 1881 FREE on:- www.familysearch.org

can I have a look up for the OVERS family in 1881 please , can't seem to find them , and its a hunch that they maybe in IRELAND at the time of the '81 census due to Florence listed as born in Dublin Ireland in the '91 census
