Also if possible how many children they had

you will have to send for the MC for the actual date and Nobody can tell you how many children they had, if any were on the 1901 they probably had more after 1901 too and MMN didn't show until 1911, the 1911 Census would be more help to you but your have to wait a few years for it to come out..
