Hi Tracey, thanks very much for the info i had found the first 2 but given up at 1919.
I have been using find my past.com but without maiden names it is very hard to find.

Thanks very much sylvia, i have been using find my past.com but it is very time consuming why didn't they alway's record the birth mothers maiden name.

It's free

they are inputting all bmds from September 1837 (when registration started) to present day. They are currently up to about 1925 to 1935 (in some areas).


You will not find the mother's maiden name showing until 1911.

Does any one now how i can find children of parents thomas alfred hawksworth b 1864 and his wife florence.
Were in 16 Greaves Street Sheffield -Nether Hallam as civil parish 1901 census and had one daughter Nellie then.
I have details on a son b 26 mar 1910 Arthur Eccelsall but i am unsure were i can turn to from there.
