Could anyone with access please check if a birth record exists for William James Carney born in Liverpool England between 1857/59.

This boy was 2 years old on the 1861 census. so the first one is a definate possibility. Unless his Mother took 2 years to register him. Is that likely?

Registration didn't become compulsary until 1874 so not All were registered but in this case I reckon she did and the first one is right and I doubt she took 2 years to register him.
