i think his surname has been mistrancribed..couldn't find them in the 41 or 51 census

I have found a Francis Luvatte married in Dec 1838,according to the marriage certiicate he married a Mary Bleasdale.
He was a chimney sweep and his farther was Charles.
But i cant find him anywere else.His age was 19 making him born in 1819 but i dont know where.

Can anyone help please?
