Hi Lucy,

Lucy May Ecccles - birth registered June quarter 1905 at Leigh (Then Lancashire). If you contact the registry office there they will be able to provide you with a copy birth certificate. This will give you parent(s) name(s). You should then be able to trace them on the census for that area.
