Many thanks Wayne I did an extensive search as well but couldn't find anything. I know when he he was born, when he got married, on my Mum & Dad's marriage cert he is described as deceased, my nephew who is also doing a search told me that he died in Sunderland in 1918 that's all I know. I can trace lots of my other relatives but this one has me stumped |

My grandfather b William Savage in Monkwearmouth in 1875 later known as William Savage Prentice, I was led to believe he died in Sunderland in 1918. I can't find any record of his death looking up on both names |
