Brian Hillyard born I think 25/6/1943 he was adopted 6 weeks after this date, his name was changed believe to Barry Gregory adopted parents came from up north,.
Brian my brother was born near Redhill in surrey. bit of a stab in the dark but it might work hears hoping Thanks Cherry goode

Hi Cheryl,
I have looked for your brother Brian in Ancestry's BMDs and found the following:

Hillyard Brian L., mother Willoughby born Surrey S.E. vol. 2a page 1167.
The birth was registered in 2nd quarter 1943.
If you apply for the birth certificate it will give you more info re his parents.
Part of my Hillyard family were in Surrey,
but I too am adopted and have no info after 1943.
