We have Annie marrying Frederick Cole in Aug 1914 in Newington. We believe she was born in 1883 (possibly Tendring District, Essex). Frederick was born in Suffolk. Can anyone find Annie on the 1891 Census (giving us her parents and siblings maybe)?

Here is Annie's birth registration from freebmd.


Getting the certificate would tell you her parents' names, and her mother's maiden name .... this is the only way to be sure you have the right people!!!

1901 Census is no more hlep than the 1891!! She's still with ehr grandparents.

OK, bear with me here!


These are only suppositions, which you will have to prove by getting that birth certificate.

Annie's grandparents are called Harvey

Therefore, did they have a daughter who married an Eady

Can I find a Harvey woman marrying an Eady man?

Possibly .. need to prove who married who

HOWEVER,


I can find an Eliza Harvey born ca 1864, Tendring Essex under the Harvey name as a servant in both 11881 and 1891, ....................... so it may be wrong to assume that she is Annie's mother.

there is an Andrew Eady with wife Edith on the 1891 Census!

I suggest you keep this in your pending file until you get Annie Cudmore's birth certificate
