Susan,

Do you know any of Ada's siblings? I found several records for an Ada Hill born abt. 1885 but if you could tell me some of the siblings names, it would help to narrow the search down.

I could not find Ada and Harry's date of marriage so you have all been a great help.

Here's the marriage registration.

To roder the certificate, go to www.gro.gov.uk, the GRO reference number is the 2 numbers after Aston.

The certificate will cost you £7, but is the only way to find the fathers' names, and give a sporting chance of tracing Ada back.

you will need to order the marriage cert to be sure of who the fathers of the couple were?

Ada Hill (b 1885 in Birmingham) married Harry Ernest West (b1880 in Aston). I cannot find out who Ada's parents were.
In 1915 Ada and Harry were married and living at Catheart Street, in the District of Duddeston, B'ham at the time of their daughters birth in Feb 1915.
Could someone please help?
