Hi
I've been trawling through 10's of web sites for months now and I know its very hard to find out Irish history at the moment but I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction, I'm trying to find records for birth/marriage and death of my G Grandma Mary Anne Maguire (Nee O'Reilly) and her second husband William Gregg. I know she married my G Granda William Maguire Date of Marriage 24 Aug 1913 Belfast Roman Catholic Church
Parish Belfast Urban 15 Civil District Belfast County Down, William went off to war with the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers, and was lost in action around 1918. So she must have met William Gregg after then, he too was also in the army but I can't find out whom he served with, when they married or when they died.

Many thanks
Siobhan

I think the only option for you like most of us is either visit Ireland or contact www.groni.gov.uk.

Hi Carrie

I don't seem to have much luck with Groni or Proni, I just can't seem to find the records very easily, probably just me. I'd love to go over to Belfast but its such a long way from me
Kind regards
Siobhan
