Thanks Pauline, Stubbs was in London (separated from Annie J Lambert and with other child at this stage, they divorce later in 1882). I have these records of Mary L Lambert and then she disappears - I'm finding it harder to find the females because they inevitabely change surnames when they marry!!

Hi Iwan

I have found this in the 1881 census

Annie J Lambert wife head AGE 42 born in Cork Ireland.
Annie Gunn Widow AGE 66 born in Llanunda Caernarvonshire.
Nathaniel Lambert son AGE 18 Occ Joiner born in Llanfairisgaer Caernarvonshire.
John W Lambert son AGE 16 Occ Joiner born in Llanfairisgaer Caernarvonshire.
Mary L Lambert daughter AGE 13 born in Kingston Ireland.
Stubbs Lambert Son AGE 12 born in London Middlesex.

Address IN 1881 Census is

2 Pen Pistyll

Llanfairisgaer

Carnarvonshire.

Don't know if these are your people as could not find Stubbs Lambert 1841, but presumed he had died as Annie Gunn was a widow by then hope this helps.

I have an ancestor - Mary Louisa Lambert born circa 1867 at Kingstown (Dun Laoghaire), Ireland. Daughter of Stubbs Lambert b1841, Ireland and Annie Jane Gunn b1839, Fermoy, Cork, Ireland.

That's is all i have of her apart from she lived with Grandma Marie Louise O'carroll in Dunlaoghaire for some time.

Any help would be appreciated
