	Am doing my family tree & have discovered a Byrne who was born in India . I see a lot on the message board are from Ireland so maybe they originally came from there. Anyway 1st name i have is William then Hugh Bowan b around 1855 who married Louisa magdalene Shilstone in Bengal India in 1878. They had a son Hugh Barry b 3 march 1882 in Calcutta. I have no more information than that. Any connections or info would be gratefully received. Regards Jenny
