This extract is taken from Wikipedia on London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine:-

In 1920 the School moved, with the Hospital for Tropical Diseases, to Endsleigh Gardens in central London, taking over a former hotel which had been used as a hospital for officers during the First World War.

I have details of a relative giving an hotel address as his address no hotel name but WC1 Endsleigh Gardens. This is in August 1931 he gives India as his perm address.he then left to go to Columbo.
I have no more of a trace for him.
