Member Since: May 2006 Posts: 2 Send Message	Albert (chick) Savage was born in 1902 in Ashington, Northumberland, and died in London 1978. He was one of 12 sons and 2 daughters born to Robert Savage and Mary (nee) Bolam. All the boys went down the pit. I am in contact with a descendant of his aunt Esther in Australia, but know that there are his brothers descendants also out there. Has anyone any information about these Savages either in this country or anywhere else? I am married to 'Chick's son Dennis. Thanks, Mary.
