Hello, I'm looking for any records of Hugh David MacKay born Edinburgh 1896 relating to his death in the Battle of Gallipoli. I have tried various records including Ancestry and some military records, the unfortunate thing is that I do not know any details of his service career ie. what regiment he joined or his army (?) number. |

Further to the details posted last night, you may be unaware that there are GRO indexes of those who died in WW1. |
