Harriet Jennings: my great great grandmother,b england, parents John Jennings (blacksmith)& Sarah Wilson Harriet came out to Victoria Australia around 1859, I'm not sure if she came with her parents or travelled alone. & married Thomas Degnan in Vic 1863.They had 3sons, Owen,b 1865,d 1867John Thomas, b1868 & william b 1873. Somewhere along the line she left Thomas & took up with Patrick McNamara who gave the boys his name.Any help would be appreciated, Meryl |
