I have found Felix on BVRI and it fits in with what I have. I am going to check back through my certs and see if I have the birth record of Louisa whom I believe to be the daughter of Felix and Mary but there were two Baker families in Much Marcle (i suspect they are related I just haven't found the link yet) to make sure I'm going down the right line.

You'd be safest sending for the birth cert of one of their childrn - that will tell you her maiden name for certain

I looked for the marriage on BVRI. No luck!
There is the christening of Felix, though. Do you have it?

seing as he says her name was Jane I think he may have married the Jane Mary Sollers. listed as one of the spouses.

Shirley

It is the right family where did the Sollers bit come from?? Sorry to be a bit thick but I haven't been able to find it. Clarification may stop be asking a stupid question in future if the info is there and I'm just not seeing it!

I typed in the date of marriage incorrectly it should have been 1849. Sorry for any inconvenience. I have the census info I'm just struggling to track down the marriage as I'm after the wife's maiden name as I'm trying to work out a 'nephew' relationship.
