This looks like may be him in 1901 with his father and stepmother
possibly called Harry as Emmas son was Henry too

Trying to trace any of my grandads brothers or sisters family's?. My grandad was born Henry Walter Belcher (1895) in Marylebone in London. I do not know his parents name, although I know that his dad re-married and he lived with his dad and step-mother for a while before leaving home at 16.
