I did find the Aberdalgie
/Lamberkin and it does look like a hot possible, but where is Kier in 1841? Age 12.

Have you spotted on IGI that there are two other possible children to David and Catherine Robb

David 1832 and Alexander 1827 christened in Aberdalgie

Alexander can be found on 1841 census

Hi Maurice
From my limited research into Scottish records there's possibily that the middle names Eden and Moncrief are her grandmothers maiden names.
I have a Dargan Meston Farquahar Dodds.
Meston and Farquhar were both the maiden names of his grandmothers
Though I have no idea where the name Dargan originated. My theory is that someone had too much Old Grouse and pronounced it Dargan instead of Gordon !!!!

I have found this person (Female) on the 1851 Census for Tanfield Durham. Age 22.
I have a marriage certificate also 1851 April 12 to Abraham Ledger.which gives her Father as David Robb.
Both David and Kier were born in Scotland but I have been unable to get any further. I cannot find a birth record for Kier.

Does anyone have any information how or where she ended up with the name Kier Eden Moncreif Robb ?
This is a shot in the dark.
