Where are you odering it from? Go to www.gro.gov.uk. If you know the GRO reference which you do as it is the details you have listed above it will cost you £7. You need to click Yes to is GRO ref known

if you order the certificate from the GRO all you need is the year, quarter, one name as shown in the index, district, volume and page.

Any other information supplied can be used for checking (and minimise the chances of getting the wrong certificate) but could also result in the GRO refusing to issue the certificate if you supply some erronious information.

Am i on the right site for ordering though it is telling me it costs 10 pounds to order the cert

You will not find the actual date anywhere online, you need to order the actual certificate to find that out. If the names are correct I would to ahead and order it. It will be the best £7 you spend remember to say yes to is GRO reference known.

I am so close to ordering a marriage certificate for my great grandparents i have nearly all the info apart from the date of marriage.
