It dosn't make it easy to trace familys, maybe it is a coincidence, I have printed all the census info and have them all over the house...LOL I will have to get some sort of filling system worked out

Surely it can't be just a coincidence, particularly when Myra names a daughter Clara and the other Mira has a sister Clara????

Yes it does make things interesting maybe the marriage cert for joseph and myra will throw some more light on things.
Mary A morgan was born the same year that joseph and myra were married. And the last post I am sure is the correct Mary. but the Grand daughter has me confused

Born abt 1837. the first info you posted was the correct family ( I am waiting for the marriage cert to come from the GRO. I ordered it on the 28 OCT 2007

I dont think Mary A parker is Myras mother as there is only 2 years different in the age...Myra is a bit elusive

I am looking for info for Myra Morgan.
As far as i can ascertain
Husband Joseph Morgan age 42
Son George age 4
Daughters Clara age 2
" " " Mary A age 6
all arrived in Mackay Queensland Australia on the La Hogue on
the 5 Oct 1883 the ship left Plymouth on the 7 Jul 1883.
I can not find any info for the wife Myra Morgan.
I know that she did come to Australia because Myra and joseph
had a daughter elizabeth Born in queensland in 1886 BDM Ref 1886/C005702.
any info on how to find Myra would be a great help
