I AM TRYING TO FIND HIS BIRTH CIRTIFICATE OR MARAGE OF FREDERICK KYFFIN
HE WAS BORN 1820 I CAN FIND HIM IN THE 1861 CENSUS BUT HAVE NO INFO BEFORE THAT HE WAS MARRIED TO ANN?

If he was born in 1820 there will be no birth certificate. Certificates only began in 1837. You are therefore looking at parish registers for a baptism.

If you can find him in earlier censuses you might be able to work out a rough idea of when he married. If he married after 1837 you should be able to find a copy of the marriage cert. That should give you his age (early ones sometimes say "of full age" which is not always helpful). It will also give you father's name.

Try posting a few more details about him - or request census look ups on Records Office board to help you get a bit further back.
