Joseph bap 3/10/1773 St John Deritend & Bordesley

Children:

Hi Sophie,

Looks pretty good to me. The baptisms were probably a while after the children's births. Is Eliza Restall age 22 a daughter of Sarah?

Thanks,

Gillian

Hi Glitter,

Thanks for looking! The Slinns/Slynns have been mistranscribbed in a lot of census returns. Some examples are:

Slym
Slyme
Flynn
Slinner

Most frustrating!!

Were they all born in county? Any occupations?

Hi Again,

I thought Livery Street rang a bell!!

I have more Slinns at Livery street. Emma Slinn marr William Carey 1839. Emma's father was William Slinn a wheel wright. Any chance of looking for them too in 1841/1851?

Thanks again

Gillian

Hi Sophie,

Emma's marriage cert says full age in 1839 so she was at least 21 in 1839. I cannot find her on the IGI or any possible siblings I'm afraid. She would be Emma Carey in 1841/51.
