Member Since: May 2007 Posts: 4 Send Message	I am looking for details of my mother Dorothy Eliza Harvey(1901). She was born in Leigh On Sea and her fathers name was George Harvey. I have recently found out my grandmother was never married to George my grandfather so my mother would have been registered under my grandmothers surname. Even though she went through life as a Harvey and its on her marriage certificate when she married my father Albert Lee in 1920 she had a different surname when she was born and this is why I cannot trace her birth cert. My mother had siblings called Gwendoline(Queenie) Lilian Barbara Elizabeth Frederick John Joseph The only one I have an exact date for is my mother 28/04/1901. Does anyone have these names in their tree either with the surname Harvey or another name altogether? THERE IS ANOTHER DOROTHY ELIZA HARVEY IN 1901 ON THE BIRTH REGISTER IN KENSINGTON BUT THIS IS NOT HER AS I HAVE SEEN THE CERT AND THE BIRTH DATE IS WRONG. thanks have found my mothers birth cert as her surname was emmerton and her father was joseph george harvey. thanks to catherine.
