If you buy his marriage certificate you will be able to find out the name and occupation of his father, George's age, occupation and address should also be there. All of these pieces of information will help to locate him in the censuses 1901 and before.

This looks like the most obvious person but his marraige cert would confirm his parents names

Hi, can anyone help me find more information on George Thomas Fitchett, born around 1880. He married Lottie atton in september 1908 in rotherham yorkshire.
