Check out freeBMD for Samuel and Carolines marriage:

Sep 1875 Hereford Volume 6a page 893.

Samuel Elesmore married and on the same page was Caroline Cheshire, seems vaguely familiar ;-)

Caroline can be seen with her parents on the 1861 census:

In Dogwell Lane, Ashperton:

Thomas Cheshire c1811 Kingston, Railway Labourer
Ellen c1813 Dinedos
Emma c1845 Preston Wynn
Ellen c1850 Bodenham
Caroline c1855 Ashperton
James Cheshire c1840 Preston Wynn, Son Married
Sarah Ann c1841 Eastnor, Daughter in Law

The best place to get them from is here:

http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/

They cost about £7 and you fill a form in with the sort of info I mentioned, which can be found here:

http://freebmd.rootsweb.com/cgi/search.pl

If you do a search for All Types Elsmore and Hereford you should see the childrens names mentioned in the 1901 census, although Reginald could well be the Thomas on the census.
