I have also searched each index from 1918-1927, but no trace of a Lilian or Lily Willingham, except for the one with mmn Rainbow also searched for a marriage for William Henry Willingham in hope of finding a maiden name for Lily but couldn't find one. I have a relative that I couldn't find a birth for and it appears he was adopted, any chance Lily was.

Hi Amanda - searched from 1918 to 1928!!

Found this in Dec qtr of 1918. Lilian M Willingham MMN Rainbow, registered Newport P volume 3a page 1367.

Surely this is it??

Hi, can anyone help me I have tried to find my mothers date of birth and constantly failed I'm at my wits end.
Her name is Lily Maud Willingham born approx 1923, in Essex.
I have her marriage ceriticate where she is 18 years old and married Frederick Leonard Harvey on 25th December 1941 registered in the district of Rochford (witnessed by her father William Henry Willingham and also there is a mention of a Gladys Edna Willingham I'm not sure where she fits in the picture.
I'm deperate can anyone help me find Amanda
