Im trying to find any information on Stephen Stainer who was possibly born around 1950 (give or take 6 years). All i know is his mother was Edith Freda Stainer (AKA Freda) my grandmother (now deceased oct 2007) and he was given up and he is possibly blind. Happened around Wimborne Dorset or even maybe Denmead Portsmouth. He has a sister and if anyone can help us find him it would be apprecaited. |

Could the Royal Institute for the Blind help you? I don't know if they keep a register of blind people. |
