Find Ancestors

Could someone possibly trace the marriage of my great grandparents? George heywood and Sarah Dulson, they lived in stoke on trent,Sarah was born in 1897 but i don't know about George.George died in about 1915/16 and they had a daughter in 1915 named Georgina.

Yes i know he died in the war and have been given a couple of people that could be him on the commonwealth war grave website.I've narrowed it down to two.

Im not sure, i have found a george heywood on the 1901 census and his age was 0,but that would only make him 15/16 when he went to war so i don't know if this is the right one.
