Elizabeth Trout one of the bridegrooms is James Carter Manchester Sept Qtr 1859 8d 108

Cannotfind rthe marriage of James Carter and Elizabeh Jane Trout. They lived mainly in Topsham,Exeter devon-their first child was born 1859. Can anyone see it? He was in the army but I should still be able to find it shouldn't I?
