	Try http://www.workhouses.org.uk/ I've been able to see ancestors workhouse records at records office. Each person should have their own sheet in the admissions register and an entry in the Creed register. Andy

Member Since: August 2007 Posts: 164 Send Message	Can anyone tell me how to access information on Union Workhouses ie inmates, what happened to them when they left the workhouse, were they went and deaths in the workhouse. Looking for Newcastle upon Tyne and Gateshead in particular. Thank's Joe
