I've looked in the last two quarters of 1905, 1906, 1907, 1908 and 1909 and I can't find a birth reference for him. |

Electoral Rolls are held in the main public libraries for the relevant areas. They are searchable only by address. |

Electoral rolls are held at the records office. Other than those, you can only search on address for the census years, 1901, 1891 etc etc. |

Help, i have recently spent a load of £ to search the records but i must be looking in the worng place or ia have some form of Record Blindness. |
