Could anyone help me find any records from 1921 for a certin address there. Would I need to visit a local library or can I get anything online. I would like baptisms Electoral or anything that tells me who lived in the house in 1921 (I know of 3 persons) but need more.

I'm not sure there is anything you can check.

Electoral registers will only give details of people eligible to vote, so no women or children. Same with historical directories/ street directories, only the head will be listed.

Baptism records of the children may have a full address (although probably not) but will only give details of the child being baptised, it won't list the other residents.
