Hi me again on my g grandads birth certificate Edwin George Cox ,his mothers name is Charlotte Elizabeth Cox Maiden Name( Wright ) .It looks like he was born at home 109 Harrow Road Paddington
1895.They had two other children Dorothy Charlotte Cox born 1891 Highbury Islington & Walter Cox born Romford 1892.

If they did not get married why does it state her maiden name.

Jill its poss they didn't marry, it's also poss they may have married AFTER their children births.

I'm having trouble locating the family on the 1891 census..... have you found them on there at all?

Hi I have tried this entry before for marriage certificate but they said this couple did not marry each other.

hello thank you for your help the info you have gave states Edwin was born 1896 ,on his birth certificate it states 1895 harrow road paddington england.
Iam looking for there marriage on Edwins certificate it says Charlotte's maiden name was Wright so did they get married or not I dont know ? do you have any idea's.

Is it possible that Charlotte was married before??

Trying to trace my G.G.Grandmother Charlotte Elizabeth Cox maiden name ( Wright ) ,this name is on my G.Grandfathers birth certificate his name is Edwin Cox born 1895 in Paddington.Looked every place can think of can anybody help.
